What your day will look like
- Achieve revenue targets on your territory by contacting clients, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical and commercial proposals.
- Proactively nurture and develop existing customers.
- Support outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives in partnership with the marketing team.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Outgoing, results-driven, energetic, with a hunter mentality.
- Persuasive with strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Can-do attitude, autonomous, willing to step out of your comfort zone.
- Customer-focused, proactive in follow-up, positive, flexible, problem-solving, and willing to travel.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; both languages are essential.
- Construction background is a plus but not mandatory.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in SaaS solutions.
Recruitment process
After an initial discussion with HR in English, you will meet your future manager, followed by a case study with the team. Successful candidates will then meet the Head of Sales for the DACH Area. We aim to complete the process within 2 to 3 weeks.
