Construction companies used to rely on manual administration and physical paperwork for projects, sometimes amounting to hundreds of thousands of pieces of paperwork for a single project. We are looking for Net New Account Executive for the DACH market . You will identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities with customers who have not previously engaged with Thinkproject. You will prospect, identify, and target new business opportunities by researching potential clients and recognizing where Thinkproject products can add value. You will use multiple channels such as inbound qualified leads, networking, account-based marketing, and social media outreach. Your primary focus will be hunting mid-market companies.
What your day will look like
You will report directly to the Director (Invest or Enterprise) and will be based in one of our German offices, working in a hybrid mode.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by working with a qualified list of prospective accounts in an assigned territory, developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new logos and meet sales targets to expand our customer base in untapped markets.
- Account & Relationship Management – engage with new customers to build relationships, discover, document, and understand customer challenges.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by working backwards from customer outcomes and positioning Thinkproject\’s value. Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Deal Negotiation – discuss terms and close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
- Market Analysis – stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Implement sales strategies by leveraging Thinkproject\’s approach to develop territory-specific plans to achieve sales targets and expand into new markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, and Partner Management.
- Track sales metrics and report data to leadership, using insights to inform strategic decisions and forecasts.
What you need to fulfill the role
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS and cloud solutions sales in field sales.
- Experience in new customer acquisition and logo acquisition.
- Experience in solution-oriented sales (Outcome-based Solution Selling) focused on measurable customer outcomes.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
