UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)

Our platform enables customers to independently create an AI for their document problem. You ensure easy-to-understand user guidance so that even non-experts can successfully train new AIs
You develop and implement UX guidelines and best practices for a professional and consistent design of our platform
You are responsible for the conception, design and prototyping of new product features in Figma
You work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth implementation of the design
You work with the marketing team to implement a consistent corporate design across our platform and marketing activities
You conduct usability tests, analyzing user feedback and, based on that, continuously improving the user experience

You have a degree in interaction design, media art and design, media informatics or a comparable course of study
You have at least two years of professional experience in UI and UX design
You have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design
You have the ability to harmonize design, innovation and usability
You have a good technical understanding and are interested in our products and AI in general
You are a creative and innovative team player who likes to work independently
You have a sound understanding of UX principles, methods and tools as well as knowledge in the use of Figma or similar tools
You have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
You are fluent in English and ideally also fluent in German (both at least B2 level)
