We are looking for Net New Account Executive for the DACH market .
You will identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities with customers who have not previously engaged with Thinkproject. Your role involves prospecting, identifying, and targeting new business opportunities by researching potential clients and recognizing where Thinkproject\’s products can add value. You will utilize multiple channels such as inbound qualified leads, networking, account-based marketing, and social media outreach. Your primary focus will be on large accounts in the DACH region.
What your day will look like
You will report directly to the Director (Invest or Enterprise) and will be based in one of our German offices, in a hybrid working mode.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by developing and executing strategic plans to secure new logos and achieve sales targets in untapped territories.
- Engage with new customers to build relationships, understand their challenges, and document their needs.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by focusing on customer outcomes and presenting Thinkproject’s value propositions convincingly.
- Negotiate deals, discussing terms and closing agreements acceptable to both parties.
- Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Implement sales strategies tailored to specific territories to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, and Partner Management.
- Track sales metrics, report data to leadership, and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
What you need to fulfill the role
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS and cloud solutions sales in field sales roles.
- Experience in acquiring new customers and securing new logos.
- Experience in solution-oriented sales with a focus on measurable customer outcomes.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
