You want to…
- independently ensure local IT support at our Hamburg location.
- regularly check and maintain the IT infrastructure to meet technical, qualification, and validation requirements.
- manage day-to-day IT operations, including 1st and 2nd level support via a ticket system.
- independently implement and participate in local and cross-location IT projects.
- apply various IT procedures to improve efficiency, workflows, and employee satisfaction.
- coordinate the concerns and needs of employees, internal IT experts, and external suppliers and service providers.
- secure the company’s internal IT and communication systems and actively promote cyber security measures.
- support the installation of new hardware and software and provide training for employees.
We are looking for
- a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- strong know-how in Microsoft technologies such as Windows and Exchange, as well as VMware.
- extensive experience with common IT architectures, network components, and the creation of IT concepts – ideally supplemented by knowledge of HP/HPE hardware environment.
- basic knowledge of firewall management, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- expertise in using backup systems such as Backup Exec, Veeam, and Veeam Cloud Backup.
- ideally know-how in Citrix and automated software deployment (ACMP).
- accuracy, reliability, and interest in complex IT systems.
- good communication skills and a strong self-motivation to develop professionally.
- fluent German and good English skills.
- willingness to occasionally travel within our national locations.
