Head of Accounting

We are recruiting a Head of Accounting to oversee all financial activities. The Head of Accounting\’s responsibilities include managing financial tasks and ensuring that finances are used beneficially. You should also ensure that investments and finances comply with regulations.

To succeed as a Head of Accounting, you should demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and strong accounting knowledge. Suitable candidates should also maintain the organization\’s finances effectively and increase profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Managing accounting teams and the finance department / ensuring the smooth running
• Preparing reports on financial results and financial activities / financial for the executive team, board members, and key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations / ensuring team members comply with regulations.
• Monitoring cash flow
• Identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Overseeing accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
• Meeting with other department heads
• Establishing secure procedures

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience as a Head of Accounting or similar position.
• Experience in ERP migration. (Net Suite and Datev experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

Reports to : Country Manager / Functional reporting – CFO

Salary Range : 60.000 EUR to 72.000 EUR per anno
