Your Role

As AI Solution Architect , you will enhance our software projects with AI tools like Cursor and Windsurf. You are responsible for technical architecture, implementation oversight, and team coordination, without coding yourself.

Responsibilities

1. Customer focus & conceptual responsibility: Analyze requirements, develop viable concepts, and translate them into implementable architectures to generate real value with AI.
2. Technical understanding & structuring: Bring order to complex requirements, structure use cases, and ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
3. Utilize AI tools as leverage: Use tools like Cursor and Windsurf for analysis and structuring, maintaining a hands-off coding approach but responsible for outcomes.
4. Team collaboration & delegation: Work closely with developers and freelancers, managing tasks to ensure coordinated and efficient teamwork.
5. Implementation from idea to delivery: Oversee features from conception to release, aligning business goals, technical execution, and user needs.
6. Establish structured workflows: Develop and maintain AI-supported workflows within the team for productive work, smooth handovers, and quick releases.

Candidate Profile

• Language & Availability: Fluent in German (C1 or higher), reliable during CET working hours for team and client communication.
• Technical understanding: Familiar with modern architectures and tools like JavaScript, Node.js, Python; able to discuss technical decisions without coding.
• Tool proficiency & AI skills: Experienced with Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI developer tools, actively using them to improve processes.
• Structured thinking & clarity: Capable of making requirements tangible, prioritizing topics, and structuring technical work into actionable plans.
• Communication & problem-solving: Skilled at mediating between business and technical teams, clarifying questions, and developing pragmatic solutions.
• Teamwork & responsibility: Enjoy collaborating, taking ownership, and providing guidance within the team.
