Due to our exceptional success in Central Europe, we are seeking to hire a Senior Director, Enterprise to join our sales organization in Germany. This role focuses on leading a team of Strategic Account Executives specializing in Chemicals & Logistics.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, developing, and motivating a team of Account Executives
- Implementing sales plans, developing new business, and expanding existing business within a Consumption and Commit model
- Building and leading a key part of the EMEA sales team

- Maintain deep technical knowledge of our products to engage C-suite buyers, developers, and data scientists

- Proven success as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader
- Ability to hire and engage top sales talent
- Experience with methodology-based sales coaching (e.g., MEDDPIC, Challenger Sales)
- Expertise in value-based sales with business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite
- Leadership experience in developing sales organizations within Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS sectors
- Fluency in German and English
