Job Purpose
As a Strategic Business Development Consultant, you will expand our Consulting Team (DACH) and lead end-to-end business development processes within the eCommerce domain. Your responsibilities include developing business strategies, conducting vision & goal workshops, emphasizing customer-centricity, and conducting research. You should have expertise in defining business cases or ROI models and a good understanding of the eCommerce landscape and Salesforce.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Assist our teams in various activities, from presenting sales pitches to project involvement, including leading efforts to incorporate expert knowledge into sales decks by outlining business cases or addressing client and consumer needs. Conduct follow-up workshops during discovery phases and provide guidance for implementing proposed solutions.
- Focus on learning and continuous improvement, applying lessons learned in practice.
- Share knowledge and proactively contribute to the growth of our consulting team.
- Explore new fields of expertise, expand our knowledge base, and demonstrate eagerness to innovate and shape your career path.
Your skills and qualifications
- Strategic Business Development: Lead end-to-end processes, assess client visions & success metrics, and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Business Case and ROI Modeling: Use your experience to define compelling business cases and ROI models for strategic decisions.
- Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives in eCommerce and beyond.
- Product Familiarity: Have solid knowledge of Salesforce products (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, AI).
- Consulting Excellence: Demonstrate strong consulting skills, impactful presentations, knowledge-sharing, and team collaboration.
- Creativity and Innovation: Bring a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions.
- Analytical and Trustworthy: Possess strong analytical skills while maintaining trust and transparency.
