WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You will reinforce our Compliance & Integrity Team and support the ongoing operation of our group-wide Compliance Management System.
• You will revise and implement compliance policies, processes, and measures.
• You will advise and support departments, business units, employees, and executives on compliance and integrity matters.
• You will actively work with compliance KPIs and optimize them.
• You will contribute to developing compliance training content, create training sessions, and deliver them.
• You will develop internal compliance communication content and collaborate with Marketing & Communication teams to share it.
• You will support Compliance Coordinators in foreign subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You hold an above-average degree in law or business administration and have at least five years of practical compliance experience.
• You possess an independent, goal-oriented work style and enjoy teamwork and projects.
• You have consulting expertise and confident communication skills to engage challenging stakeholders.
• You have an affinity for digital topics.
• You are proficient in MS Office 365, preferably SharePoint and PowerBI.
• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
