Job Purpose

The Sr. Product Owner, Quote to Contract is responsible for defining and delivering enhancements across Tungsten Automation\’s entire quote-to-cash process and application landscape. This includes managing the roadmap for CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, billing, provisioning, and fulfillment solutions. The role involves gathering requirements from sales, finance, operations, and customer-facing teams to optimize and streamline the end-to-end quote-to-cash experience. The Sr. Product Owner acts as the voice of the user and drives improvements to increase efficiency, revenue capture, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog and roadmap for quoting, pricing, contract, order, billing, and fulfillment systems.
• Gather requirements from sales, finance, operations, partners, and customers through interviews and workshops.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and mock-ups.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct training and change enablement for new product releases impacting quote-to-cash processes.
• Analyze metrics like quote volumes, approval times, order fallout, and revenue leakage to identify improvements.
• Develop deep expertise in CPQ, CLM, billing, provisioning, and order management solutions.
• Ensure solutions enable efficient, standardized, and compliant quote-to-cash processes.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional initiatives related to the quote-to-cash experience.
