Your mission

  1. Recruiting Revolution : Lead the entire recruiting process, from advertisement to decision-making, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience that enhances our employer brand.
  2. Process pioneering : Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize HR processes, from contract management to onboarding and offboarding, shaping these processes with your expertise.
  3. Establish a culture of trust : Be the first point of contact for employees and managers. Use empathy, openness, and a solution-oriented approach to build trust and foster a positive working environment.
  4. Ensure legal certainty : Demonstrate expertise in German labor law and ensure HR measures comply with legal standards. Be committed to mastering international employment law.
  5. Keep your finger on the pulse : Stay updated with the latest developments in tools, trends, and legislation, driven by your interest and willingness to learn.

Your profile

  1. Passion for HR : Experience and expertise in employment law, HR development, and recruiting, with the ability to balance employee and company interests.
  2. Recruiting expertise : Proven ability to find, inspire, and retain talent, setting standards in the recruiting process.
  3. Empathy : Reliable partner for employees and managers, creating trust and a positive atmosphere through empathy.
  4. Sense of responsibility : Proactive, resilient, goal-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  5. Organizational talent : Structured, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining an overview. Proficiency in German and English is a plus.
