Job Overview

Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Industrial and IOT account team in EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage key accounts in a rapidly growing sector, focusing on Industrial IoT. Responsibilities include logistics, supply chain management, legal and business frameworks, and developing a comprehensive understanding of Qualcomm’s Industrial IoT portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio of existing projects and opportunities globally, working in an international environment.
• Identify new business opportunities within Industrial IoT segments.
• Build and maintain a network at customer level for early visibility of new opportunities.
• Support RFQ and design-in processes, negotiate prices, and establish commercial agreements.
• Set up projects, support contracts, and manage key milestones.
• Provide commercial support for engineering tools, services, and governance.
• Manage forecasting, billing, invoicing, and strategic planning processes.
• Maintain account governance and pursue sales targets, especially in RFFE products.
• Act as the primary contact and trusted partner for customer inquiries.
• Engage in customer visits, online meetings, and technical consultations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor/Master’s in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 7-15 years experience in semiconductor sales, account management, or business development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English; German language skills preferred.
• Ability to explain complex technical content convincingly.
• Autonomous work style with strong priority-setting skills.
• Background in legal and financial sales processes.
• Flexible, motivated, customer-focused, and network-oriented.
• Willing to travel frequently.
