A Day in the Life of a Specialist Sales Operations ECommerce (m/f/x)
- Manage the sell-in/order process for our off-price channel, including offer creation, coordinating sell-in appointments, uploading orders into SAP, and reconciling the order book with partners and customer service.
- Provide article master data to our partners.
- Ensure fact-based decision-making using data and reports, working closely with sales analysts and controlling.
- Handle divisional reporting such as delivery status and available-to-sell reports.
- Improve and maintain efficient replenishment processes.
- Oversee incoming EDI orders.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 23+ years in Sales Operations
Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with certifications or achievements; initial SAP FMS knowledge is a plus; proficiency in English and German.
