About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic (Senior) Category Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our commercial brands division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive skills to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, industry knowledge, and a passion for commercial brands trends.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment.
  2. Negotiate with national and international customers.
  3. Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our category.
  4. Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize assortment presentation, trends, and brands.
  5. Collaborate with the business development team on opportunities and market developments.
  6. Monitor sales performance and report regularly to management.
  7. Coordinate with Logistics and Finance to align company interests.

Candidate Profile

  1. Experience in international account/sales management, especially with B2B customer networks in wholesale, retail, and trading.
  2. Passion for beauty and sales, with business development expertise.
  3. Industry network is a plus.
  4. Independent and team-oriented motivation, with enthusiasm and presentation skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  6. Degree in management, business administration, or related field.
  7. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
