RETAIL NETWORK PROJECT MANAGER (m / w / x)

We are looking for a Retail Network Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping Sephora\’s brick & mortar footprint across our DENS Hub (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark & Sweden). This role involves orchestrating all aspects of new store openings and renovations: from site identification and lease negotiations to construction management and project completion.

Your mission will be to …

• manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects such as openings, relocations, renovations, or other BM-driven projects
• develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• oversee all aspects from design to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• foster collaboration between departments, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure excellent in-store experiences through periodic travel within the DENS region

We look forward to hearing from you if you …

• have at least 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, project management, or architectural experience (or equivalent)
• have demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and have profound experience in budget planning, management, and reporting
• possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have the capability to coordinate diverse teams across different departments
• are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
