Data-Quality-Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Hamburg

Responsibilities

1. Define Quality Standards: Establish data quality standards to prevent duplicates and ensure datasets are complete and correctly formatted.
2. Monitor and Analyze Data Quality: Regularly perform data analyses to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information using internal tools.
3. Resolve Data Issues: Collaborate with IT and departments to develop processes for long-term data quality improvement and issue resolution.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Create data quality reports and document data origins.
5. Training: Conduct training sessions to raise awareness about data quality among colleagues.

Requirements

1. Experience: Prior experience in data quality management; ideally with a commercial or academic background.
2. IT Skills: Proficient with MS-Excel, PowerBI, Business Central, SAP, and data quality tools like Infozoom.
3. Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and team spirit.
4. Self-Management: Independent, meticulous, and reliable working style.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and structure cross-departmental processes.
6. Languages: Fluent in German and good English skills.
