Role : Head of Production / Leiter der Produktion

Location : Bavaria, Germany, On Site

We are pleased to be working with a leading household name who are hiring at one of their key manufacturing locations in Germany. You would be joining a well established site with a strong team as they go on a journey to modernise and improve operations. We are looking for a fluent German speaker who is used to working in senior roles in production leadership, excited about change management and able to lead a workforce through periods of transition. This role is a great opportunity to join a high performing business and career opportunities to progress to Factory Director are readily available.

Who will fit :

• Experienced Production manager or Head of production, some experience of maintenance would be useful
• Strong continuous improvement mind set
• Focus on Quality and Safety
• Fluent in German and English

This is a fully site based role in a relatively rural location so will require someone to be based nearby- re-location is supported for the right candidate. Fluent German is essential alongside existing right to work in the EU- applicants without these specifications cannot be considered unfortunately.
