How Will You Contribute to the Company?
Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions seeks a talented engineer for the Ericsson Enterprise 5G Solution, providing enterprise customers with Private Cellular Networks for critical applications and cellular connectivity needs, including neutral host solutions. This sales engineer will help scale the enterprise 5G market and collaborate with a passionate team enthusiastic about computer networks and user-friendly solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Manage Enterprise 5G End-Customer and Partner engagements from start to finish.
- Partner with sales teams for solution selling into assigned accounts.
- Plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Match customer pain points and requirements to solutions.
- Create and deliver presentations and demos highlighting value propositions.
- Handle technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, and conduct Proof of Concepts, trials, and demos.
- Document customer and industry use cases.
- Assist customers with configuration and training.
- Communicate client needs to R&D and Product Management for improvements.
- Gather competitive intelligence.
- Work with product owners to refine requirements.
- Collaborate with service teams to deliver robust networking solutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex networking issues with support teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to improve performance and reliability.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7+ years of pre-sales solution engineering experience in 3GPP cellular technologies.
- Deep knowledge of Core Network, Radio, and O&M domains.
- Understanding of the Enterprise (B2B) Market and key verticals.
- Experience with security and enterprise IT such as routing, VPN, LAN, WAN, SDWAN.
- Experience with enterprise OT.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Consultative sales approach skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Professionalism, confidence, and accountability.
- Business strategy aptitude and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Primary Location:
UK/Reading or Germany/Aachen or DĂĽsseldorf or France/Massy.
