Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Business Advisor (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden; Crawley, United Kingdom; or Neu-Isenburg, Germany. DAS offers digital solutions across Flight Operations and Flight Deck operations, helping customers operate more efficiently and reduce costs.

This role requires applying deep subject matter expertise in Flight Operations or Flight Deck domains to improve customer operations and drive account growth through DAS solutions. Understanding aviation customer needs and translating them into business solutions is key.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, program management skills, and the ability to build positive relationships within a multicultural team.

Responsibilities for all levels:

• Conduct operational consulting assessments, benchmarks, and health checks.
• Analyze customer business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
• Document and present assessment findings.
• Demonstrate technical system abilities and DAS solution benefits.
• Leverage DAS capabilities to generate insights into customer operations.

Additional responsibilities for Senior and Lead levels:

• Lead and develop engagements.
• Present findings to senior and executive leaders.
• Identify and develop future sales opportunities.

This position is based in Gothenburg, Crawley, or Neu-Isenburg, with 25-50% travel. Flexibility in work hours is required due to stakeholder meetings across time zones.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with Jeppesen Solutions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Levels 3-5 require 3-9+ years of relevant experience, a related degree, and experience in customer-facing roles, digital transformation, and aviation industry knowledge.

Additional information:

Applicants must be authorized to work in Sweden, UK, or Germany, depending on location. Benefits and pay are determined locally. The position is hybrid, with current onsite requirements of 3 days per week, subject to change.
