Your Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager at JTL, you will play a key role at the intersection of product, sales, support, and marketing. You will develop compelling messaging, orchestrate product releases, translate complex features into benefits, and support sales efforts. A focus will be on integrating and communicating our growing product portfolio, differentiating target groups, and aligning USPs across products.
You will:
- Analyze target groups, customer needs, market trends, and competitors for tailored product communication
- Plan and execute product launches, releases, and feature rollouts with multimedia campaigns
- Translate complex functionalities into clear benefits and create content such as case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, or videos
- Ensure consistent cross-channel communication, even with sensitive information
- Integrate subsidiary products into our brand and website, define target groups, and develop cross-selling strategies
- Gather and utilize feedback from customers, community, sales, and support for content optimization
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize messaging based on data
Optional Tasks (Depending on Experience)
- Develop integration strategies for new brands and products in M&A contexts
- Support the development of a group-wide product structure and portfolio communication
- Create global messaging frameworks for different markets and audiences
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in product marketing or similar roles in SaaS environments
- Ability to develop differentiated positioning and value propositions based on customer needs
- Experience with go-to-market processes, including launches and market entry strategies, ideally in multi-product or M&A contexts
- Strong collaboration skills with product, sales, marketing, and support teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, from websites to pitch decks
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with marketing and sales metrics
- Structured, independent work style with high affinity for digital tools and processes
- Fluent in German and English, with experience communicating with international stakeholders
- Passion for B2B marketing and driving JTL to the next level
