We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships & Expansion to lead the growth of our Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) model . This role offers a unique opportunity to scale a bold, asset-light business model that introduces our workouts into premium gyms across Europe. If you are entrepreneurial, strategic, and eager to drive international expansion, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own and scale the B.I.G. model, starting with the pilot at John Reed
  2. Lead daily operations of the pilot, ensuring excellent customer and partner experiences
  3. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with top-tier gyms across Europe
  4. Develop scalable business models, pricing strategies, and rollout frameworks
  5. Ensure operational excellence and profitability across partner sites
  6. Drive a premium, hospitality-grade experience at all B.I.G. locations
  7. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform expansion strategy
  8. Collaborate with City Operations, Coach Operations, and Product teams
  9. Prepare materials and business cases for future fundraising
  10. Build and lead a high-impact team as the model scales

Qualifications:

  1. Over 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or B2B partnerships
  2. Experience in top-tier consulting firms or high-growth startups
  3. Strong deal-making and negotiation skills with a structured approach
  4. Proven ability to drive projects from inception to scale
  5. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  7. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations and product teams
  8. Customer-centric approach with high standards for quality
  9. Excellent communication skills in English and German (German preferred)
  10. Willingness to be based in Berlin and travel across Europe
