Your mission
- Provide leadership to our IT support team, ensuring a safe, conducive, and productive work environment.
- Foster the personal and professional development of team members through effective team development strategies.
- Plan and cultivate a high-performing team proficient in various areas of IT support.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain an efficient working environment.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies for the helpdesk, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations, and proactively challenge existing practices.
Your profile
- Minimum of 5 years‘ experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in people management and leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in computer systems, networks, and software.
- Proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
