As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

• Completed degree in Business Administration / Psychology with a focus on Human Resources / Personnel Management or a completed commercial training with further education as a Personnel Specialist;
• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in an international environment;
• Strong understanding of HR processes, coupled with a profound knowledge of German labor law;
• Empathetic and positive attitude, open to change and always willing to assist;
• Keen attention to detail, driven by customer satisfaction and quality;
• Enthusiasm for achieving results, with a strong sense of ownership;
• Thriving in a collaborative team environment;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German;
• Proficiency in O365 apps.
