What are you going to do?
As Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies, mentoring Area Sales Managers, and expanding the company’s presence in key markets. You will take ownership of the global sales P&L, manage key accounts, and spearhead initiatives to capture new business opportunities. This role is highly entrepreneurial, requiring self-organisation and the ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching Area Sales Managers to meet and exceed targets
- Developing and implementing global sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Full ownership of the global sales P&L, ensuring profitable growth
- Driving market expansion and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Extensive travel to engage with customers, partners, and regional teams

Job requirements:
