About the Role

As a TCSM at iPoint, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to some of our largest U.S.-based customers. You\’ll work closely with technical stakeholders to help them design, scale, and optimize their use of the iPoint platform – addressing challenges across architecture, performance, scalability, security, and more. You’ll combine technical expertise, strong communication, and strategic account leadership to deliver long-term success and build lasting customer trust.

Your mission

  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise customers
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration internally and externally
  • Drive adoption and showcase the capabilities of the iPoint platform
  • Surface customer insights and collaborate with product & cloud operations teams
  • Guide customers through technical planning, implementation, and optimization

Your profile

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing or enterprise IT role
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to lead under pressure
  • Technical experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise systems, and modern service architectures
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a genuine customer-first attitude

Bonus Points

  • Experience with sustainability, material compliance, PCF/LCA solutions
  • Familiarity with Oracle environments, SSO, or iPoint products
  • Systems engineering, performance tuning, security, or virtualization experience
