European XFEL is an international non-profit company located in the Hamburg area in Germany. To support the implementation of European XFEL's "Strategy 2030+" and manage the resulting increase of administrative efforts in our Legal Group we are looking for a

Lawyer (f/m/d)

• At least completion of the German First State Examination ("1. Juristisches Staatsexamen") in law with above-average results
• In-depth theoretical and/or practical knowledge in the field of intellectual property and/or state aid law would be an asset
• Relevant professional experience in (international) research institutions would be welcome
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English is crucial
• High commitment, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork are essential
