Your mission

You want to join the circle of magicians? With formulas and your magic wand, the computer, you create miracles on the screen. From the first day of your training, you will be part of an existing team with open, communicative and helpful team members. We expect you to show initiative, to have the desire to learn new things and to familiarize yourself with complex topics. Of course, you can always ask someone for help.

Design Pattern, REST, JSON, Java, Kotlin, Typescript, Javascript, React, Angular, Spring, Scrum, Git, PostgreSQL, Unit Tests, Kubernetes and much more will come your way during your training. You probably don’t know much about these terms yet, but after your training you will.

During your training, you will have a mentor at your side who will be responsible for you and will help you with any questions or problems. You should already have experience with programming to find out if working as a software developer fits for you. We train to take you on. So if you are good, you will have a well-paid job afterwards.

• You already have some experience with programming software?
• You are reliable and can work independently?
• Do you enjoy learning new things?
• If you are faced with a problem, you don’t give up, but bite your way through or ask for help?
• You are ambitious and focused.
• You are communicative and open. We don’t know any prejudices here!
