- Automotive Background: You are a real relationship manager and have multiple years of professional experience in the automotive sector, ideally in automotive banking.
- Leadership Talent: You have several years of management experience, you are empathetic and enjoy working together with your employees, always supporting them in their development.
- Captive & Leasing Expert: You bring in-depth knowledge of the captive business, in particular OEM sales and captive sales programmes and have a good understanding of leasing products and services including insurance.
- Strong Networker: You are well connected in the automotive banking environment and benefit from your long-standing relationships, which you are constantly expanding.
- Communication Expert: You are a strong communicator, internally and externally, able to convince all relevant stakeholders and shareholders where you communicate business fluently in German and English language.

Your Coolest Task
As head of our Captive department, you will be responsible for leading our youngest business into a successful future . Together with our partners Hyundai and Kia , you will expand the business and give it even more appeal within the company. You have the great opportunity to build up assets and capabilities in a big way since our Captive business has huge potential in the near future.
Your New Role
- Growth Responsibility: You are driving the business strategies of our Captive Leasing Department to bring it with great potential to a new level.
- Relationship Management: You are maintaining OEM relationships (Hyundai & Kia) as a captive to pave the way for forward-looking cooperation.
- Increase of Profitability: You are achieving targets in terms of sales volume and profitability through pricing actions and development of new products and services.
- Communication & Networking: You are communicating on a regular basis internally with all your team members, the division head, the management board and other business lines and externally with the OEMs, our sister captive company in Germany and regional headquarters. Additionally, you are networking with market participants, including direct competitors.
- Resource Transformation: You are responsible for the operational management (e.g. service quality in the B2C and B2B area and implementation of OEM sales programmes).
