Responsibilities

• Coordination of strategic HR topics & processes with relevance for the whole division
• Identification and coordination of cross-locational issues, consulting divisional management, ensuring necessary decisions
• Establish strategic workforce planning, ensure implementation of operative activities and monitoring for the division
• Functional leadership of divisional HR organization, ensuring information flow and adherence to general guidelines
• Responsible for the recruiting process for key positions for internal and external candidates, coordinating recruitment process for divisional General Manager positions with Corporate HR
• Responsible for talent nomination, retention, and succession planning within the division in alignment with CoE and talent management
• Ensuring comparable position classification and compensation policy across the division, selecting benefits based on the Group benefits portfolio provided by CoE
• Execution and integration of HR topics within M&A transactions (processing of Due Diligence within CoE) as well as organizational restructuring within the division
• Functional management of the global ECKART HR teams by coordinating common topics and managing HR department resources

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent university degree
• Several years of comprehensive HR experience & strategy
• Ability to work in a decentralized organization through effective influencing in absence of direct line of reporting
• Business sense and advanced understanding of business model / distinct customer focus
• High analytical skills and ability to reduce complexity
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Strong leadership skills, motivation & negotiation
• Talent in managing, planning & implementation
• Strong talent in managing emotions; high initiative, resilient, positive, flexible thinking
• Fluent in German and English
