What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored solutions across interest rate and money market instruments.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and offering strategic product recommendations.
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to ensure seamless execution and top-tier service.
• Monitor risk exposures and contribute to liquidity and funding strategies in line with internal and regulatory frameworks.
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and product innovations to provide clients with timely insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in a front-office sales role within an international banking environment.
• Proven track record in multi-product sales, especially in interest rates and money markets.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and risk management principles.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
