What will you do?
- Identify and qualify new leads through targeted research and outreach strategies.
- Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to establish initial contact.
- Handle inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven prospects.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies and achieve target objectives.
- Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and meeting goals.
Candidate profile
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent English and native-level German proficiency are required; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales are required, preferably in SaaS
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High energy, a proactive mindset, and a strong drive to succeed.
- Confidence in using LinkedIn, crafting engaging emails, and making impactful phone calls.
