Senior Cabin Crew Member - A320

Responsibilities:

1. Representing Marabu Airlines brand
2. Ensuring passengers‘ safety and security
3. Welcoming passengers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring comfort throughout the flight
4. Onboard sales and product promotion
5. Leading the cabin crew team to ensure efficient operation and passenger satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience of at least 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew Member
2. A completed secondary education
3. In possession of an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
4. EU citizenship and EU passport
5. Fluency in written and spoken English; German language is beneficial
6. Be a team player
7. Excellent general health and physically fit; ability to swim unassisted – Valid aeronautical medical certificate
8. No criminal records
9. Flexible, open-minded personality with good communication skills
10. A positive attitude, kindness, and empathy
11. Trustworthiness, sense of responsibility, and punctuality
12. Good situational awareness and can-do attitude
13. Experience on Airbus A320 is an advantage
