The further development of our colleagues and team members coupled with an excellent work atmosphere are amongst the top values of our company.Your Area of Responsibilities:Business Process and Requirements and Data Flow Analysis, Improvement and Consulting in international Life Sciences / IT projectsProvide your process and subject matter expertise in utilizing your knowledge of different system landscapesTranslate technical subject matter into concise, clear communication understood by technical and non-technical leaders and usersDrive business process improvement initiativesSupport in implementing the strategy of our Life Science servicesIdentify opportunities to improve services and delivery to our international customersYour Qualification & Experience:University Degree in Sciences or an equivalent backgroundWork experience within life sciences industryBroad understanding and interest in R&D in the life science industryExperience in regulated environments (GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11) and IT projectsGood communicator, networker, open mindedUsed to work as a service providerFlexible in providing on-site consultancy and willingness to occasionally travel (Europe)Fluent in English and sound German skillsCertifications are a plus: Business Requirements Engineering (IREB), PMP/PMI, SCRUM, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.
