Bid Manager Wind Energy (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

1. Work as part of the extended Sales Team for the preparation of turbine installation offers, focusing on project management topics such as scheduling, logistics, contractual interfaces, etc.
2. Conduct risk reviews during the internal Sales project review process (Gate process) and actively transfer risk mitigation measures to customer contract negotiations.
3. Calculate costs and develop competitive pricing strategies for turbine installation projects, including staff, facilities, equipment, and logistics.
4. Coordinate with the Logistics department for site surveys to confirm accessibility conditions of the project site.
5. Represent the Nordex organization to clients, fostering good relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Participate in customer contract negotiations.
7. Liaise with other Nordex departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Service, and Legal during the tendering phase.
8. Build, develop, and maintain relationships with potential suppliers and subcontractors (EPC, BoP partners, designers, etc.) and keep the relevant database updated (contacts, pricing, experience sharing).
