We\’re seeking a dynamic (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our evolving beauty division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you\’ll leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for beauty trends.

Your Mission

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the beauty segment.
• Negotiate with national and international customers.
• Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our beauty category.
• Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize presentation of assortments, trends, and brands.
• Collaborate with the business development team on opportunities and market developments.
• Monitor sales performance and report regularly to management.
• Coordinate with departments like Logistics and Finance to align company interests.

Your Profile

• Experience in international account/sales management and a B2B customer network in the beauty industry, especially in wholesale, retail, and trading.
• Passion for beauty and sales, with expertise in business development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with enthusiasm and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop effective business relationships.
• Degree in management, business administration, or similar.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
