Facility Management Specialist (m/w/d), Wiesbaden

We are seeking a Facility Management Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in Wiesbaden. This position offers flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of building technology and infrastructure
• Implement construction measures in collaboration with specialists and contractors
• Coordinate and lead maintenance and repair activities
• Manage external technical service providers from selection to collaboration
• Oversee the entire order and invoice verification process
• Supervise contracts to ensure clear agreements and successful partnerships
• Maintain and update facility documentation and data

Qualifications

• Independent, goal-oriented, and service-focused work attitude
• Technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in technical building management is desirable
• Basic knowledge of CAFM systems
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
• Strong focus on quality, time, and cost management
