- Experience in Establishing data governance and quality standards for Bluefield migration projects preferably having experience in Pharma.
- Experience in Developing and maintaining data migration documentation, including data mapping specifications, data cleansing rules, and migration scripts.
- Prior experience of Working with SNP to come out with a Data Migration Plan and Validation
- Developing Validation Plans to ensure Data between ECC and S4 HANA Matches
- Experience in Implementing data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity.
- Leading the development and execution of data migration test plans.
- Experience in Managing data migration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Should have collaborated with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Should have Coordinated with external partners and vendors to ensure successful data migration outcomes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration tools.
- Provide expertise on best practices for data migration to S/4HANA.
