About The Role

Join Essity’s Global IT Services, a key part of our Global Digital & Business Services unit. We provide essential shared services across the organization, driving operational efficiencies. As a Senior IT Project Manager in digital marketing, you will lead projects that improve our product content efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will support the successful execution of our digital marketing strategies across regions.

What You Will Do

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on PIM and DAM solutions, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Lead initiatives to modernize our digital marketing ecosystem, improving operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholders from Business and IT, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Oversee suppliers and partners supporting project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in project execution.
• Promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Establish and lead project teams for successful planning, execution, and review.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to clarify goals and actions.
• Ensure a value-oriented approach, challenging business value when necessary.

Who You Are

• University degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership in managing medium to large IT projects.
• Experience in digital marketing and PIM projects.
• Strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management, Agile, Scrum certifications are a plus.

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Willing to travel 10-15% on average.
