Vice President of Manufacturing

Allerton Bishop is proud to be searching for a Vice President of Manufacturing to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Germany. As the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will strategically manage the GMP pharmaceutical operations for the business.Your responsibilities as the Vice President of Manufacturing include:Lead a multi-site manufacturing operations team specialising in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.Oversee and drive world class manufacturing practices across the internal network.Manage, develop and mentor a team of manufacturing leaders.Drive global projects including capacity increases and technology transfer.As the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will lead major supplier relationships.The success candidate for the Head of Manufacturing will demonstrate the following:Industry experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.Work experience in manufacturing and / or supply chain leadership.International work experience is highly desirable.German and English language skills are essential.Director of Manufacturing | Vice President of Operations | Head of Manufacturing Operations | Head of Manufacturing | External Manufacturing Director | Director of Operations | Production Director | Pharmaceutical | Head of Production | GMP
