Note: This position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Germany for the right candidate, but will require some travel to our headquarters in Karlsruhe.

What You Can Expect

• Strategic planning: Support the analysis of strategic growth initiatives and build business cases by collaborating with sales, marketing, product, portfolio management, operations, and finance (e.g., strategic big bets, geographic expansion)
• Develop and update long-term strategy: Contribute to shaping Chrono24’s overall strategic direction over a 5+ year horizon
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects
• Market and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and track the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
• Partnerships and M&A: Evaluate and execute partnership and M&A opportunities aligned with strategic goals; support post-deal integration
• Organizational Optimization: Support review of organizational structures to foster scalability and growth
• Executive Materials & Investor Relations: Prepare materials for Board meetings and executive presentations

What Sets You Apart

• Fluent in German and English at C1 level or higher
• 2+ years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
• Interest in marketplace business models and the luxury watch industry
• Structured, solution-oriented approach, with ownership of key projects
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling commercial data to derive strategic insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
