We seek candidates with a university or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related subject. You should have 3+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ and design patterns. An enthusiasm for other technologies, such as C#, is desirable to support continuous development. Experience in fields like parallel programming, distributed and scalable systems, security, SQL, CQL, or network communication would be a plus. We are looking for someone who thinks and works in a structured and analytical way, is a team player, and is motivated to learn new things. Fluency in English is mandatory, while German is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• We are excited to have a (Senior) Software Engineer C++ (all genders) join our team to actively contribute to the development of our remote access solution and server-side applications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment. You\’ll be responsible for defining the architecture, designing, and developing functionalities for our clients and services using modern C++. You\’ll optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and technologies. Working independently on solutions for specified requirements, you\’ll ensure compliance with time and quality specifications. Additionally, you will guarantee efficient implementation and uphold the quality of the code. We expect you to recommend and implement improvements to architecture and technologies to enhance the reliability, maintainability, scalability, and performance of our systems and codebase. You will also monitor the latest technical developments in your field and initiate improvements, while acting as an advisor to product owners regarding feasibility studies and time estimates for new functionalities.
