Relationship Manager (Vice President) (all genders) at Corporate and Institutional Banking

In Berlin, we are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager (Vice President) (all genders) to join our Corporate and Institutional Banking division, either full-time or part-time, starting from 01.06.2025.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary client contact for various needs, maintaining relationships primarily with Treasury, CEOs, and CFOs.
2. Ensure the accuracy and updating of the CRM system, including call reports, opportunity statuses, and deal pipeline management.
3. Manage KYC onboarding and recertification processes, ensuring thorough client due diligence and vigilance over client relationships.
4. Enforce BNP Paribas compliance rules diligently.
5. Participate in workshops aimed at enhancing the group\’s overall efficiency.
6. Monitor and report on corporate risks within portfolios.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

1. Degree in economics or a comparable academic background; apprenticeship with secondary education is also acceptable.
2. At least 3 years of experience in client and product expertise within corporate banking.
3. Knowledge of the large and midcap corporate client universe.
4. Experience in an international environment is advantageous.
5. Previous role as a Relationship Manager.
6. Result-oriented and client-focused work approach.
7. Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
8. Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
