Role Overview

You will actively support our subsidiaries in implementing the group-wide LIMS solution. Your focus will be on capturing existing processes, transferring them into the new system, and actively supporting staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis & Implementation: Analyze existing laboratory and business processes and translate them into the new system landscape.
2. Employee Support & Training: Assist teams during the transition, provide practical knowledge, and serve as a point of contact.
3. Data Validation & Migration: Ensure clean data transfer, perform imports, and conduct quality checks.
4. Project Management & Execution: Be operationally involved and responsible for project steps from configuration to go-live.
5. Hands-on Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site or remote support to quickly resolve challenges.

Qualifications

1. Completed training in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, medical technology, or a comparable field.
2. Experience working in a laboratory with understanding of processes and quality requirements.
3. IT affinity and interest in digital transformation of laboratory processes.
4. Hands-on mentality — actively involved rather than just advising.
5. Structured and pragmatic working style, managing multiple tasks effectively.
6. High willingness to travel (up to 80%) within Germany.
7. Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are advantageous.
