OM Manager mfd

Job Responsibilities:

1. System monitoring to maximise energy production
2. Management of subcontractors or internal personnel for electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections, and repairs
3. Troubleshooting maintenance works
4. Data analysis, reporting yield, and documentation
5. Warranty tracking & spare parts management
6. Ground maintenance management
7. Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational
8. Guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts

Qualifications:

• Experience in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with a strong hands-on mentality
• At least 3 years of Solar PV O&M experience on utility-scale solar projects
• Relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical, or engineering discipline
• Certification for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and Sungrow is a plus
• Highly mobile, especially in terms of international travel
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation
