International Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • You are the global point of contact for our key customers and build long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders worldwide.
  • You ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Store Design, System Solutions, Affiliate Sales Management).
  • You are responsible for the global revenue budget for each customer, aligning budget goals with AHT’s corporate objectives.
  • You oversee key sales initiatives, working closely with local and international teams to ensure successful execution.
  • You support the affiliates in achieving their local targets while maintaining a cohesive global strategy.
  • You lead and coordinate the preparation and submission of global tenders to provide competitive and profitable offers.
  • You manage pricing structures, agreements, and business terms to ensure alignment with AHT’s profitability targets.
  • You ensure transparency and clear communication of progress, challenges, and successes to relevant stakeholders.
  • You participate in budget rounds, providing valuable input from your area of responsibility.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master\’s degree is preferred.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role, ideally in an international or global context.
  • You think strategically and have a strong focus on results and profitability.
  • You have theoretical knowledge and experience in Remote and Semi-Plug-In refrigeration systems.
  • You have practical experience in technical sales and customer support.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have SAP knowledge and are proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools, along with excellent communication skills.
  • You are willing to travel (up to 30%).
  • You are assertive and possess market knowledge.
  • You enjoy working in a team and can collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • You have a solid commercial understanding, particularly in budget management and profitability analysis.

We pay an annual gross salary of at least € 85,000 for this position. We will agree your actual salary package with you in a personal interview.
