Responsibilities

1. Manage the team and oversee daily operations tasks.
2. Coordinate with the Operations team in other locations to ensure seamless support for European activities.
3. Support the onboarding process for European customers.
4. Manage customer communication and relationships for European operations.
5. Ensure all operational tasks related to European customers are completed timely.
6. Identify and escalate issues reported by or related to European customers.
7. Help customers maximize the value of the service.
8. Support projects by providing an operations specialist’s perspective.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations within the financial, fintech, or crypto sector.
• Previous team management experience.
• Knowledge of procedure writing and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is essential, German is an asset.
• Strong interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is highly appreciated.
