Your Mission
As Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for store and head office positions, design strategies to attract candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You will also support training and onboarding, contributing to the broader people development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to interviews and offer stage.
- Execute direct search and other sourcing strategies when needed.
- Support onboarding and induction programs.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Support compliance with internal policies and local labor law.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment roles.
- Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of digital training platforms and adult learning methods.
- Excellent planning, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in German and English . Other languages will be valued.
- Willingness to travel across Germany.
