Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Customer Success Team:

  • Support international clients in data and AI projects
  • Build long-term and stable customer relationships
  • Coordinate various internal and external project stakeholders
  • Understand the needs, goals, and challenges of your customers
  • Assist your customers with technical and organizational onboarding
  • Analyze data and help interpret and track analysis results
  • Organize and prepare workshops before and after projects
