We, Breitling Deutschland GmbH, are seeking a motivated Uhrmacher (d/m/w) / Sales Associate (d/m/w) to join our #SQUADTEAM at our boutique in Munich. You will enjoy a varied, responsible, and challenging role, contributing ideas and engaging with our future.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing professional advice to our domestic and international customers in our successful store.
• Independently selling our exclusive collections during sales ceremonies.
• Adjusting and exchanging watch bands.
• Offering competent after-sales advice and coordinating the after-sales process.
• Explaining technical details of our special watches and movements.
• Participating in and helping organize customer events inside and outside the boutique.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships actively.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a watchmaker.
• Some professional experience in selling luxury goods, watches, and jewelry (preferred).
• Understanding appealing presentation techniques.
• English skills or additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, and confident demeanor.
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
